Swedish FDM production for Europe

Industrial 3D printing for repeatable plastic part production

mg2nordic helps engineering and manufacturing teams move from CAD to functional plastic parts without tooling cost, long lead times or large inventory. We produce small and mid-size batches, jigs, fixtures and spare parts with repeatable quality.

Plastic parts

When the buyer searches for the part, not the method

Not every buyer knows that 3D printing or FDM is the right route. This path starts with the need: technical plastic parts in small batches without unnecessary tooling.

For purchasing, engineering and production

Built for real industrial needs

We work with functional parts where material, application and repeatability matter more than a pretty prototype. Approved parts can receive article IDs, saved production data and faster re-ordering.

  • Batches from prototypes to hundreds of parts.
  • Design-for-manufacturing review before production.
  • Material choice based on heat, impact, UV, chemicals and stiffness.
  • Production in Sweden for customers across Europe.

Process

From CAD to repeatable production

1

Send files

CAD, drawing, photo or a short functional description.

2

Technical review

We review printability, material, orientation and risk.

3

Production

The batch is produced with repeatable parameters.

4

Re-ordering

Approved parts can get an article ID for faster repeat orders.

Common questions

Answers that move the project forward

What does mg2nordic do?

We manufacture technical plastic parts, jigs, fixtures and spare parts using industrial FDM 3D printing.

Is 3D printing better than injection molding?

Not always. For lower volumes, fast iterations and spare parts without tooling investment, FDM is often more economical.

Can you produce the same part again?

Yes. Approved parts can keep saved material, orientation, production settings and article ID for re-ordering.
